Our Family Development Programme is the foundation of Mosaic’s work. We believe every orphaned and vulnerable child deserves a loving, caring family where they can realise their God-given potential. Through practical tools, emotional support, and growth opportunities, we strengthen both children and their caregivers, because when families thrive, children flourish.

Caretaker Development
We walk alongside parents and guardians to help them build stable and nurturing homes.
Caretaker Development focuses on empowering families through:
Family Strengthening Courses such as Parenting for Lifelong Health
Parent support groups that build community trust
Practical workshops that build confidence and skills
Case support family interventions and referral services
This Support help caregivers feel equipped, connected, and confident, creating a strong and stable foundation for their children’s wellbeing.
